Earlier this month, Mantra sent some people down under on a fact finding mission- here are Claire’s comments on the trip..

”  The trip was great! We visited numerous Marketing Companies and watched many different ways of running a Marketing Company –  It was interesting to see the different styles of leadership but all getting great results.

We also watched Vice Presidents in action running morning meetings & doing one on ones which was really inspiring.

I was able to  re-acquaint myself with people I met before and built new relationships with people who will be huge parts of my future success through the advice they will be able to offer me

On the last weekend we headed to the Australian Rally which was fantastic, i was able build great relationships with the people I travelled with, including my own team of owners and assistant owners

On the social side, we had a brilliant night out in Sydney with Spencer Galbally and Dave D’Agnostino, they showed us the balance between work and fun!

We also go to experience an afternoon around Sydney on Chris’ Yacht, along with Mike Blane and Steve Sapsford gave us an amazing chance to have individual questions answered by people with a wealth of experience.  Steve Sapsford and his family also had us around his house for dinner, which cooked by a mitchelin star chef!

All round, an amazing trip- really inspiring!”
