Induction – First two weeks

Week One

First Appointment – This will be an initial one-on-one appointment with the Recruitment Manager in our Bristol office. This will give you a good opportunity to get a good feel of the company and what would be involved and we can assess your communication skills. This will last approx 20-30 mins.

Observation – If you are successful in the first appointment, you will be invited to attend an observation. This is where you will shadow one of the sales team and see exactly which clients we market. This will give you a clear indication as to what to expect with the role. This will last from 12.30-4.30pm, you will be able to ask any questions that you have. This will finish with a one-to-one interview where you will be told if you are successful.

Induction Day - 11am-5pm This day is office based and will give you an introduction to the company and the Business Development Programme.

Sales Training Day - 11.30am-6pm This is also an office based sales coaching day. This will give the product knowledge and sales knowledge you need to feel confident in the field.

First Day in the Field – 9.30am-8.30 pm. The morning is spent finishing the sales coaching and then you will spend your first day in the field. 40 % of your day will be spent with you leader.

Second Day in the Field – 11-8.30pm You will again spend 40% of today with a leader building your confidence with Sales

Week Two

Our goal in week two is to continue to build your confidence in sales and to get you promoted to Level two of the Business Development Programme – Leadership.

You will have continued Daily Progress meetings aswell as product training.
