One of the key reasons for the growth and success of Mantra Marketing is our people. We work and play hard. Here’s what some of the team have to say…
“I’m the Managing Director of Motion Marketing Ltd, which is part of the Mantra organisation. I’ve been running the office since April 2007. I started within the Mantra organisation in Sept 2005, previous to that I finished university where I achieved a First class degree in Marketing Design. I was working as a cashier in a bank, which was a comfortable position but I wanted to get more from a job and so found something that I could achieve more and something that I could build a future in.
The reason I enjoy being part of the Mantra Organisation is because it allows you to be successful no matter what you have done before, there are so many great people who will guide and coach you, to allow you to be as successful as them. There is such a large network of people with whom I have built great relationships – both professionally and personally.”

“My career within Mantra Marketing started in Bristol in September 2004.Tired of dead end jobs I decided to change careers and get out of hospitality in which I had been working for over 6 years. Like a lot of the current owners in the Group, I replied to an advert in the paper and attended my first appointment.
So just over 12 months after I started in the company I achieved my promotion to Ownership and I opened Emporio Marketing in Bristol at the beginning of 2006, having just turned 24 years old.
In 2007 I got the opportunity to move my company to Spain. As this was one of my most important personal goals to achieve, I took the challenge and opened Emporio Marketing in Barcelona in May 2007.
Since then Emporio’s network of companires has expanded to Barcelona , Valencia and Alicante and counts with over 70 people in the Organisation.”

“As the Recruitment Administrator at Motion Marketing I feel the business a great opportunity for everybody involved. I started in the company over 2 years ago and have met so many amazing inspirational people, been to some great places and even picked up awards, it doesn’t feel like work!
I love the recruitment side of the business as I have the opportunity to speak to and meet different people everyday, aswell as introduce them to the company.
It’s very rewarding to see people develop in so many ways, from confidence to leadership and beyond! I have learnt an amazing amount and love the fact that we’re all continually learning and progressing.
I’m looking forward to the future as a successful growing organisation, with all the challenges and rewards the business brings!”

I had just finished University when I joined Mantra and was vey happy to have got through the selection process, especially as there were very few jobs for graduates. The recruitment team and Fran in particular made me feel very welcome and immediately part of the family. From the start I was really eager to impress through my performances to repay the faith Fran had shown in me. I did not have the best start though, but I persevered just getting a little better every single day. The atmosphere of achievement and success that Mantra continually encourages drove me on to be better from the start. I loved the competitive atmosphere and made great friends through the fun intra-office competitions. Despite a multitude of different personalities we all really gelled and the more I enjoyed myself the better I did. The 5 months I spent at Mantra gave me the skills to help start up and run Empire Marketing in Ipswich.

I became contracted to Mantra Marketing in early 2009 as I was seeking a new challenge for myself. I loved the opportunity that was given to me by Mantra, as I was able to learn new skills day by day, hitting targets and winning competitions. I strive to be the best that I can. I think this has been shown as I was selected to move to Ipswich with Jeni Weanie, and open up a brand new office, EMPIRE!
It’s been great as I’ve been able to see how a brand new office is opened and run. Now I’m focused on building my team. We have grown by 300% in the last 8 weeks; I am now looking to get promoted to stage 3 within the next couple of weeks.
Every day is enjoyable, which is mainly due to the amazing team I work with, within Mantra Marketing. I have met so many fantastic people here & learnt vast amounts of new skills.

I became contracted to Mantra Marketing in Bristol after Finishing my studies in Spain, I was looking for a job and I found an advert for Mantra Marketing, I didn’t know what was about it, but the word “opportunities” in the advert captured my attention!
After a week in the company I could see myself reaching my dreams and running my own business and more importantly to be able to do it in my own Country of Spain.
So after training in the UK I moved to Barcelona. After few months I was there…being promoted to Phase 5 , I open my Company in Madrid called Force Sp Marketing.
Working with excellent people around me and the constant support of Mantra Marketing in UK made my company and my team grow stronger every day. To be able give opportunities to different people as I did gives you an amazing satisfaction.
I am now managing outside companies and really looking forward to opening many more in the near future, so Latin America here we come!!

“I have worked for Mantra Marketing as an Administrator since April 2010 and my first impression of the company was, who are all this people smiling and having good time are they mad?!!…and after 4 months I became one of them, a mad person and to be honest I love it. My experience in this short time has been excellent, I can see how much I can growth as a person and professionally. I like the way that I can see that the more effort I put in more I get rewarded professionally and financially”

“I work in Motion Marketing in Plymouth as an administrator. I’ve been part of the Motion team for just over a year now and it’s a fantastic place to work. My job role covers everything from finance to legalities, so whatever the question I’m always ready to help”
Megan Whalley, Administrator, Plymouth
“I came into Mantra Marketing fresh from University, initially just interested in making money to pay off some debts! However, after spending a couple of weeks here,
the prospect of progression has really appealed to me and I’ve decided to take the opportunity and have really pushed myself. I’ve been here just over 4 months now and the atmosphere in the office has to be one of the most motivating aspects of the job, I’ve already started teaching and training others and I am currently pushing for promotion to phase 3 of the Management Training program. Who knows where I’ll be after my first year!”
Nina Collis, Team Leader, Mantra Marketing
‘I love the atmosphere and constant change and development here at Mantra. I recently graduated and feel extremely lucky to have this administration position – since the day I started (two months ago) I have learnt the practical day to day tasks, developed my communication skills and even got involved in the recruitment side of the business. I feel as though I have settled
in nicely. Everyone in the office is welcoming, ambitious, switched on and enthusiastic about what they do which makes it a fun atmosphere to work in.’
